rental rules: INTERRIOR AND LOCATION CONDITIONS
Complement to the general conditions of seasonal rental to all our tenants: In order for your living conditions to be the most pleasant, that the guarantee of safety and hygiene is maximum for all, and that the facilities, which we wanted for you to be the best, are the most preserved, we ask you to take a careful look at this regulation and by your signature and commit to complying with it.
The following should be observed and respected:
Art 1: Anyone who has not accepted the settlement by signing at the bottom of the copy given by the owner does not have the right of access to the dwelling designated in his contract.
Art2: Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 2:30 p.m. Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 12:00 p.m.
Art3: Any visit or stay of persons other than those originally planned for rent, will be subject to the discretion of the owners, who may then demand an additional financial contribution. The corresponding form will then have to be completed and signed by both parties.
Art4: Facilities are provided in working order. Any claim that occurs more than 2 days after the premises have entered the premises, will not be allowed. Similarly, please report immediately any loss, breakage or deterioration, solutions could perhaps be considered during your stay and your deposit would be guaranteed.
Art5: The Normand Cottage aims to be a place of calm and rest. Tenants have an obligation to ensure the tranquility of their neighbourhood. During the day and at night, excessive noises of all kinds should not be allowed (screams, banging, musical instruments, radios, readers, television...) Owners reserve the right to call to order any behaviour they deem harmful to the cottage and, if necessary, to take sanctions.
Art6: Smoking is strictly prohibited in residential homes
Art7: Animals are only allowed on the ground floor of the cottage.
Art 8 - The available garden furniture is the responsibility of the users who will have to take all measures and precautions in order to keep it in good condition.
Art9 . Owners, on singular or repeated breaches of one of the articles may impose sanctions which they deem appropriate in order to restore the proper functioning of the tenancy. Depending on the case, they may demand financial compensation, immediate exclusion, or withdrawal of authorizations they have previously granted without any compensation.
Art10: Any abuse of the use of water and electricity (heating open windows or leaving the taps open, etc.) will be subject to a financial surcharge.
Art11: This regulation may be amended at any time by the owner, without notice. The tenant will not be able to demand any compensation or refunds regardless of the damage suffered.
